The cottage is furnished to the very highest standard and is the ideal place for a relaxing break away with your dogs, a family holiday, or a great time with friends, loving the beauty of the location, the luxury of the cottage and the joy of the hot tub.

The Beach House is equipped with everything you could possibly need. As well as being beautifully presented, the rooms are very spacious and homely, helping you to relax and enjoy every moment of your holiday.

The private garden has a table and seating to fully embrace al fresco living, as well as a huge, luxury hot tub for long, lazy soaks after lovely days out walking and exploring.
The beaches, literally at the end of the road, are simply outstanding. Dog-friendly all year round, when the tide is out you can walk for miles on gorgeous sandy beaches, with hardly anyone else around. They have to be seen and experienced to be believed!

There are loads of things to do in the area, both in good weather and when it’s not so good. From stately homes to walks in unspoilt countryside, sports such as golf, fishing and sailing to a plethora of traditional seaside attractions.

Salty Paws
Salty Paws is the cosiest of cosy cottages with a big personality. Gorgeously presented, it's a 1 bedroom (from mid-November 2022), dog-friendly cottage, just 2 minutes' walk from the stunning, uncrowded beaches of Mappleton village.
Sitting in the same grounds as the Beach House, Salty Paws is the perfect cottage for a romantic break away or dreamy holidays. For up to 2 people, and of course up to 2 doggies!

Salty Paws offers all the loveliness of an exceptionally chic seaside cottage. Super cosy and homely, it has all the creature comforts you could desire as well. It's simply the perfect place to slow down and relax from the outside world.
The private garden has everything you need to enjoy al fresco life to the full. And of course there is the joy of the luxury hot tub, where you can adore a heavenly soak (and maybe a glass of something!) after a day out exploring the area.

Just 20 yards from Salty Paws is the wonderful Old Post Office Tea Room, offering tasty cakes and snacks, refreshing drinks and always a friendly Yorkshire welcome.

There's so much to do in the area, both in rain or shine. From nature reserves to sailing, walking for miles on beautiful beaches or in amazing countryside, or having a mooch round the dog friendly towns of Hornsea and Beverley. You'll never be short of ideas.
